Hi, I’m Lynn Williams! I have over a decade of professional experience in Human Resources. It's my passion to teach professionals that come from the inner-city, like me, how to successfully navigate and be influential in any corporate space. Although, I focus on my community I'm dedicated to helping anyone that wants to learn.

My journey began in Philadelphia, PA. I was surrounded by people who struggled with healthy conflict resolution skills. As I entered the corporate world, I realized that I had all the right credentials, but I was unable to successfully navigate conflict.  I suffered in the beginning of my career but after some trial by fire, research and much practice I've been able to turn a weakness into a superpower. 

My goal is to take all that I've learned and share it with others that have not had the luxury of executive relatives and ready-made mentors. 

My style of teaching is interactive. We'll review and practice the critical soft skills needed to enhance your conflict management skills. My workshops force you out of your comfort zone and propel you in to the professional that you're meant to be.
